The Saudi-born event planner behind six years of Eastern Province celebrations
Nibble Events is a Saudi-born startup — an Al Khobar based event planning and decoration studio serving Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran and the wider Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Our story
It started with one balloon garland
The first Nibble job was a friend’s birthday in Khobar: one garland, one homemade cake, and a lot of overthinking about whether the yellows matched. They did. People asked who made it, and they kept asking.
Six years later that hasn’t really changed — we still overthink the yellows. What grew is the team around it. Nibble Bakes came first, because the cake never quite matched the decor when it came from somewhere else. Nibble Studios followed, because the photos never quite did the setups justice.
We’re a Saudi-born startup, built and based right here in the Eastern Province, not a franchise or an import. Today we plan and install events for families, schools and some of the largest employers in the Kingdom, from a five-year-old’s safari party to a four-hundred-guest corporate family day.

Make the good days easy to host
Nobody should spend their child’s birthday on a ladder. Our job is to take the planning, sourcing, building and clearing away entirely off your plate, so the only thing left for you to do is show up and enjoy it.

Everything under one roof
Decor, balloons, florals, cakes and photography are all ours. That means one quote, one point of contact, one crew, and a cake that actually matches the backdrop.
Corporate-ready paperwork
We work with procurement teams at some of the region’s biggest employers. Formal quotations, invoices and vendor onboarding are routine, not a favour.
Designed, not copied
You’ll get a layout and palette built for your venue and theme, not a stock package resized. We’ll tell you honestly when an idea won’t photograph well.
We take it down too
Teardown is written into the quote. We come back, strip the setup, and leave the venue the way we found it, hosts shouldn’t be popping balloons at midnight.
