Tell us the date

Send the date, venue, guest count and rough budget. A phone call or WhatsApp message is plenty to start.

We design and quote

You get a concept, palette, layout, and a written quote, usually within 24 hours.

We build on site

Our crew arrives early, installs the decor and styles the tables before your first guest.

We clear it away

After the event we come back, strip everything down and leave the venue exactly as we found it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked most

Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Qatif, Jubail and the surrounding Eastern Province. We travel further within the Kingdom for larger events, travel is quoted separately.
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a birthday or baby shower. Weddings and corporate events are better at six to eight weeks. We do take last-minute work when the calendar allows, just ask.
Smaller balloon setups and cakes are available on their own. Full styling and planning packages start higher because they include design time, installation and teardown. We’ll be upfront about the number before you commit.
Indoors, a properly treated helium arch holds well past a full event day. Outdoors in Eastern Province summer heat, we recommend air-filled frames instead, they hold their shape and colour far better in direct sun.
Yes. Send us the venue and we’ll handle the load-in times, access restrictions and any decor limitations directly with them. We’ve worked in most hotels, compounds, schools and office campuses in the area.
Yes. We issue formal quotations and tax invoices and are set up as a vendor with several large regional employers, so procurement onboarding is straightforward.
